Summary Of Terms and Conditions

The prize of a “Travel Package for 2” consists of airfare and accommodation for two (2) individuals to Panama for five (5) nights.

The Travel Package is non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other form of travel services or cash.

Proof of valid travel documents (expiration date of more than six months) will be required after winner is notified. Should the winner need to obtain valid travel documents this must be communicated and obtained within four months of notification. If the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.

The Travel Package is only valid for travel from October 2024 – September 2025 with blackout dates. Travel must be concluded by the Expiry Date.

The Travel Package must be booked a minimum of two months in advance of travel date.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

This Travel Package will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The Travel Package will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced.

Changes or a Cancellation requested by the winner may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels or other Suppliers. The winner is responsible to pay any such charges and The Travel Package cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the winner.

The winner is responsible for all additional expenses including but not limited to current passports, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

The winner will be required to sign a contract as a condition of acceptance of the prize.

The winner’s account must be in good standing at time of drawing.

The winner will be expected to answer a general knowledge question.

The winner must agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed, videoed and photographed.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, Payce Digital reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

Payce Digital reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.

Payce Digital reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.
