- Job Letter and Two Recent Consecutive Pay Slips (no older than 3 months)
- Valid Barbados Photo Identification
- Proof of Address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)

Online Application FAQs
The process should take approximately 15 mins to complete.
The online application can be accessed via a cellular phone, tablet, desktop computer or laptop. The selected device used must have a functioning camera.
There are two (2) way to upload and submit documents to the system:
- You can take a photo of the required documents by clicking the “take photo” button on the screen.
- You can upload the required documents by selecting the left-hand icon next to the “take photo” button on the screen.
Photos and documents can be uploaded from either your photo gallery and/or your files’ folder. Documents which are accepted for upload should be in a pdf, png or jpeg format.
If you are unable to complete the application in one attempt, you are free to recommence at any time during a 14-day period. An email containing a link which will give you access to continue your application, will be sent to your email address submitted at the beginning of the onboarding process. If the application is not completed during the 14-day period, it will be cancelled and you will be required to commence the process from the beginning.
Customers must provide two (2) forms of Identification either a Barbados ID, Driver’s License or Passport.
Absolutely! One of our Customer Service Representatives will be delighted to assist you in completing the application. Kindly note that all applications will be completed electronically.
We recommend using Chrome as your internet browser.
- Job Letter (not more than three (3) months old; applicant must be working more than six (6) months at current Job.
- Two (2) most recent consecutive pay slips.
- Two (2) Valid forms of Photo Identification, either a Barbados ID, Driver’s License or Passport.
- Proof of Address (e.g. Utility bill not more than three (3) months old).
- Self Employed persons must provide: Business Registration, Application for Business and three (3) to six (6) months of financial statements.
- Non – Residents must provide (Proof of residence; example Passport with the Work and Reside stamps).
Yes! Additional Cardholder applicants must provide Valid Photo Identification and Proof of Address.
Emails will be sent to you throughout the application process to keep you informed on your application status such as:
- Welcome Email after initiation
- Follow-Up Email (regarding Incomplete Application where applicable)
- Application Submitted (once completed)
- Email Notification for Application Suspension (where applicable)
- Approval email (where applicable)
- Declined email (where applicable)
- Second Welcome Email following approval (where applicable)
A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you and guide you on your next steps.
- Ensure that the device’s time is configured to reflect your local time zone accurately. For example, if the time in Barbados is 7:00 AM, your device should also display 7:00 AM.
- Ensure that your information submitted matches requested information. (read instructions on each screen carefully).
- Ensure the camera on your device is of good quality and photo in frame is visible
- For the liveness test, ensure your face is positioned within the oval shape and adhere to the guidelines provided.
- Clear browser: In Chrome on a computer- go to > More Tools > Clear browsing data. Select “All time” choose ‘Cached image and files’ and click “Clear Data”.
- In Chrome mobile app, go to: > History > Clear Browsing Data. Select “Cached Images and Files” and tap “Clear Browsing Data”.
