Digital Mobile Partner FAQs
A Payce Digital Mobile Partner is a micro, small or medium size business that registers for access to the Payce Digital Mobile App in order to receive and make payments digitally, access balances in real time and has the ability to transfer from their mobile account to a bank account.

- Make payments through your Payce Digital Mobile App with other Mobile Partners.

- Transfers money from your Payce Digital Mobile Account to your registered Bank Account.

- A Payce Digital Card to access accumulated funds from sales.
The Payce Digital Mobile Partner Application Form is completed and submitted to Payce Digital at either our One + Haggatt Hall or Broad Street Office; the application can also be completed and submitted online at www.paycedigital.com
Copy of the Business Certificate, Copy of the CAIPO Form 1, Copy of Government Issued Identification, Proof of Address (copy of a utility bill must be less than three months old, or the top portion of a bank or Credit Union statement).
Payce Digital is committed to have the account opened within 48 hours after the submission of all documents.
Registration to become a Payce Digital Mobile Partner is free of cost.
Yes. Payce Digital Mobile Partners will receive a Payce Digital Card which gives them access to their funds accumulated from business sales. The Payce Digital Card can be used a s method of payment locally or internationally.
No. A credit limit is not automatically assigned to the Payce Digital Card. The Card will carry zero balance credit limit, this means that the Mobile Partner will utilize the business money received from sale of products and services paid for by customers.
No. the Payce Digital Card is not a debit card. It is a credit card that will carry a zero-credit limit. This means a credit limit is not assigned to the Card.
Yes. The Payce Digital Card can be used internationally for online purchases without attracting monthly interest fees charged by Payce Digital as the money used is the businesses’ funds. However, local Government Taxes and international fees such as State Taxes, Transportation Fee etc., would be applied.
A Transaction Fee of 1.75% is charged on each payment received using the QR code feature. If the customer is using the Send & Receive function to make a payment a fee of $1.50 is paid by the customer. The Mobile Partner has the option to transfer accumulated funds from the Mobile Account to their Bank Account. The cost is $15 for each transfer requested. The transfer request is a feature within the App.
The Mobile Partner account with a credit limit is reclassified as a Mobile Partner with a Payce Digital Card account and that account will attract a monthly interest rate of 1.83%. A minimum payment which is calculated at 10% on the owned balance must be paid on the specified payment date.
Yes. Mobile Partners can make cash withdrawals using their Payce Digital Card from specified ATMs.
A Mobile Partner using their Payce Digital Card can withdraw $250 twice a week. If the Mobile Partner has a Payce Digital Card at a Gold Status ($5,000 and over), the withdrawal limit is $500 twice a week.
Mobile Partners can use their Payce Digital Card to make withdrawals from CIBC First Caribbean International Bank, Republic Bank Ltd., Bank of Scotia and RBC Royal Bank ATMs. All ATM Fees associated with the withdrawal will be charged to the account.

Payce Digital Online helps you to manage your transactions online meanwhile the Payce Digital Mobile App allows you access your account details, transfer credit to friends and family, shop at any of our Mobile Partners and much more!
This is great news! Your Payce Digital Online User ID and Password grants you access to the Payce Digital Mobile App.
If you are a Payce Digital Online user, you will have the ability to initiate a password reset by accessing your account. Alternatively, you will need to contact our 24-hour Customer Service Team to have your Mobile profile reset.
You can proceed to register by mobile number or email address in order to gain access to the Payce Digital Mobile App. Please ensure that either your mobile number or email address matches the information we have on record. You are encouraged to contact our 24-hour Customer Service Team at 539-4444 to have this information updated.
Yes! Once all details have been updated on our system, you can proceed to register in order to gain access to your account information.
Yes! You will be granted access to all your active accounts through the Payce Digital Mobile App.
No Way! You won’t be billed for downloading the Payce Digital Mobile App. However, please be aware that some charges may apply with your mobile service provider.
With the Payce Digital Mobile App, you will gain access to:
- View account balances for all active accounts
- Send and Receive funds to other Payce Digital Cardholders
- View recent Card and App transactions
- Shop at any Payce Digital Mobile Partner
All credit transfers completed during the App will be limited to Payce Digital Cardholders.
All credit transfers completed in the App will be deducted from the existing Available Credit on your Payce Digital Account. These transactions will appear under your Recent App Transactions in the Mobile App and also appear on your monthly Statement.
Yes! For your convenience, you will have three (3) options for transferring credit to your friends and family. These can be found under the Send Funds option within the Mobile App and include: Phone to Phone, App User and Non-App User.
For your added security, we recommend that you create a Passcode that should be kept confidential, in the event that your registered Mobile Device is ever lost or stolen. This way you remain protected from any unauthorized usage of your Payce Digital Account.
Of course! Additional Cardholders will have access to the transfer funds feature; however, they may be limited in viewing full account details.
Unfortunately, no! To obtain these funds, you will need to request the Receiver to initiate sending a credit back to you.
Yes! You will have access to your last six (6) months Statements and these will be available for you to email and view in pdf.
These are your completed transactions which are yet to be settled by the Merchant. Once settled, these transactions will appear on your account and statement.
Yes, you have the ability to lock your account via the Payce Digital Mobile App.
The Payce Digital Mobile App has been designed with your security in mind and incorporates the highest digital standards and encryptions in order to keep your personal data information safe. Remember – be sure to create your personal Passcode in order to help protect your account in the event that your device is lost or stolen.
