You can check your Account balance, view your past and pending transactions and access online statements up to six (6) months. Payce Digital Cardholders are automatically registered for the free Payce Digital Online Service and provided with a temporary password. Once registered, getting started is Easy!
Visit our Payce Digital Online Service page and simply log in! For security purposes, the initial password provided to you must be changed at your first log in.

Have peace of mind from knowing exactly when your Payce Digital Card is being used by enrolling for Transaction SMS & Email Alerts!
These alerts allow you to monitor your Card transactions by sending real time alerts via your email or mobile phone messages through our dedicated service. This service helps you manage, and track transactions processed within the VISA payment network, while identifying potentially fraudulent transactions. You can choose to receive your alerts as a text message sent to your mobile device or as an email sent to your inbox. Alerts include the transaction time, amount, status (approved/decline) and the merchant’s name and location (if available).
Being a Cardholder means you have 24/7 access to your Monthly Statements via the Payce Digital Mobile App or Payce Digital Online Service. Monthly statements will be made available for download and viewing securely and conveniently via these platforms.
The Payce Digital Mobile App provides you with your last six (6) statements and can be viewed directly within the Mobile App and, our Payce Digital online eStatements are user friendly, being created identically from our monthly mailed Statement format. Cardholders can choose to view and/or download their eStatements and save them for their personal records monthly.
