Diana Daniel is actively responsible for assisting in the management of the Payce Digital Bridgetown branch, including implementing strategies, coordinating daily customer service operations and procedures, identifying hiring and training needs and supervising and motivating staff to perform at their greatest.
Diana brings over 20 years of experience as a professional in customer service. Her passion for exemplary service drove her to be an advocate for customers and to ensure their needs are always met with the highest quality.
Diana holds Diplomas in Business Communications, Supervisory Management and Executive Development with the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity as well as a certificate in Developing Managerial Effectiveness at the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management.
