Joycelyn Cumberbatch holds the responsibility of ensuring that the Team delivers the most extraordinary customer service experience to the Payce Digital Family. With 24 years of experience in customer service her role entails managing the customer service operations of the organization, evaluating and addressing customer feedback, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and staff training.

A graduate of the Barbados Community College, Joycelyn holds an Associate Degree in Business Studies. She also holds a Diploma in Supervisor Management and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Development from the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity.
