I certify that the above information is true and complete and that this information is provided for the purpose of obtaining a Payce Digital Mobile Partner Account. I, the Authorised User, agree to the terms and conditions of Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. as it relates to the Payce Digital Card and Mobile App products.
I understand that as the authorized signatory to this Mobile Partner Account I can utilize funds available on this account which represent sales from products and services offered. I further understand that this Mobile Partner Account is unique as it does not carry a revolving credit balance that has to be serviced by monthly payments. I agree to manage all other aspects of this account in accordance to the terms and conditions outlined in the Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. Cardholder Agreement.
I authorize Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. to investigate my ownership details provided through any registered credit reference agencies and to make any other enquiries the company may consider relevant in processing this application request. I understand that once approved, my Mobile Partner Profile will be linked to my existing Payce Digital Account, where applicable and that all payments received from other Payce Digital Cardholders will be reflected as a credit to my Payce Digital Account.
I further understand that the Payce Digital Mobile App allows me to initiate requests for bank transfers through special features made available within the Payce Digital Mobile App. Some charges may apply to specific Transactions conducted under the App and the Services. These fees will be captured in the Fee Disclosure Statement governing the fees and charges applicable under the Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. Cardholder Agreement.
Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. trading as ("Payce Digital") takes the protection of your personal information seriously. We encourage you to read the full Privacy Policy so that you understand how Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects your Personal Information. Our Privacy Statement covers the treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other data that is gathered in relation to your Payce Digital Account and its related services and functionalities (collectively the "Services").
Upon registering and accessing the Payce Digital Mobile App Service, I agree to the use of the User ID provided as part of the registration process and all agree to change any temporary passwords provided during my first log in. I agree to remain solely responsible for management of my online access and to report any changes to my registered information to Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc.
