1. Ensure that the device’s time is configured to reflect your local time zone accurately. For example, if the time in Barbados is 7:00 AM, your device should also display 7:00 AM.
  2. Ensure that your information submitted matches requested information. (read instructions on each screen carefully).
  3. Ensure the camera on your device is of good quality and photo in frame is visible
  4. For the liveness test, ensure your face is positioned within the oval shape and adhere to the guidelines provided.
  5. Clear browser: In Chrome on a computer- go to > More Tools > Clear browsing data. Select “All time” choose ‘Cached image and files’ and click “Clear Data”.
  6. In Chrome mobile app, go to: > History > Clear Browsing Data. Select “Cached Images and Files” and tap “Clear Browsing Data”.
